Yep. After a bit of Internet research I have found that by placing a TM after the AMAZON PUEBLO name, I have the rights to its use. As of today 12/16/2001, no other entities were listed in the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS), of The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
